For decades, leaf blowers have been one of the most hated everyday tools. Gas models have roared through neighborhoods. Electric blowers have traded that roar for a piercing whine. Communities have passed bans and restrictions. While millions of people demanded something better, no one solved the real problem: how to move air powerfully and quietly.
In 2022, our team of aerospace engineers decided to find out if technology designed to propel aircraft could provide a solution. What started as a bold experiment eventually became the T1, the quietest, high-performance handheld leaf blower.
