1. Updates to This Privacy Notice
We may update this Privacy Notice from time to time in our sole discretion. If we do, we will post the updated Privacy Notice on our website, and we may also send other communications.

We collect personal information that you provide to us, personal information we collect automatically when you use the Services, and personal information from third-party sources, as described below.
A. Personal Information You Provide to Us Directly
We may collect personal information that you provide to us, including:
- Account Information. Information connected to the creation or administration of your account, which may include your name, email address, phone number, shipping address, billing address, and other information you store with your account.
- Purchases. We and our service providers may collect information related to purchases made through the Services, including order number, order history, cart contents, and payment-related details. Payments are processed by third-party payment processors. We do not store payment card information, but we may receive information associated with your payment (such as billing details).
- Your Communications with Us. Information you communicate to us, such as through email, customer support tickets, our Contact Us page, refund request forms, or web chat tools.
- Surveys. If you participate in surveys, we may collect information you provide in connection with those surveys.
- Interactive Features and User Generated Content. Information you submit through interactive features such as surveys, messaging, comments, forums, blogs, social media pages, and product reviews. Content you share publicly may be viewed and shared by others and may be treated as public. User Generated Content may include photos, videos, recordings, or other content you provide.
- Sweepstakes, Giveaways, or Contests. Information you provide to participate. In some jurisdictions, we may be required to publicly share winner information.

Shopify. Our store operates on Shopify. Shopify collects and processes personal information to provide enhanced services, including advanced customization, analytics, and targeted advertising (the “Shopify Enhanced Services”).

- Other Users You Share or Interact With. If the Services allow user interaction, information you share may be visible to others depending on your settings and actions.
- Third-Party Services You Share or Interact With. If you interact with a Third-Party Service through the Services, any information shared will be governed by that Third-Party Service’s privacy policy. We are not responsible for Third-Party Services’ privacy practices.
- Business Partners. Partners we work with to provide a product or service you request or partners with whom we jointly offer products or services. Once shared, your information may be subject to the partner’s privacy policy.
- Affiliates. Our corporate affiliates.
- Advertising Partners. Advertising partners may use Technologies to collect information about your activity and device and use that information to provide interest-based advertising.
Advertising Technologies We May Use
- Meta Pixel and Meta Ads. Used to measure advertising effectiveness and deliver ads on Meta platforms such as Facebook and Instagram.
- TikTok Pixel. Used to understand interactions with our website and deliver relevant ads on TikTok.
- Google Analytics. Used to analyze how visitors use the Services so we can improve performance and user experience.
- Google Ads. Used for conversion tracking and remarketing to measure campaign performance and show ads to users who previously visited our website.
- Klaviyo. Used to manage email and SMS communications and measure engagement with messages.
Your Advertising Choices
You may opt out of interest-based advertising through your browser settings, device settings, or industry opt-out tools such as the Digital Advertising Alliance and the Network Advertising Initiative. Depending on your location, you may also have the right to limit or opt out of the sharing of personal information for targeted advertising. Disclosures to Protect Us or Others
We may share personal information if we believe it is required or appropriate to comply with law enforcement or government requests, comply with legal process, protect rights, property, or safety, enforce policies or contracts, collect amounts owed, or assist with investigations or prosecutions of suspected or actual illegal activity.
B. Disclosure in the Event of Merger, Sale, or Other Asset Transfers
If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, receivership, purchase or sale of assets, transition of service to another provider, or similar transaction, personal information may be shared, sold, or transferred as part of that transaction.

- Email Communications. You can unsubscribe using the link in our emails. You may still receive non-marketing messages such as service-related communications or updates to this Privacy Notice.
- Text Messages. You can opt out by following the instructions in the text message or by contacting us as described below.
- Do Not Track. Some browsers offer “Do Not Track” signals. We do not respond to these signals.
- Cookies. You can manage Technologies through your browser or device settings. If you disable cookies, some parts of the Services may not function properly. You must opt out separately in each browser and on each device.
Your Privacy Rights
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have the right to:

- Request correction of your personal information
- Request deletion of your personal information
