Your pre-order with Tone is completely risk-free.

All deposits made to reserve a T1 Leaf Blower or accessory are 100% refundable any time before your final payment is processed (estimated August 26, 2026). See our Terms of Sale for the complete terms and conditions.

How to Request a Refund/ Cancel Pre-Order

To cancel your pre-order under our Terms of Sale and request a refund, please complete our Refund Request Form.

Once submitted, our team will process your refund within ten business days to your original payment method. No fees. No questions asked.
