T1 Leaf Blower Pre-Order Purchase Terms

These Pre Order Terms and Conditions govern your reservation and purchase of the Tone T1 Handheld Leaf Blower. By placing a pre order or paying a deposit, you agree to these terms.

1. Definitions

a. “Tone,” “we,” “us,” and “our” mean Tone Outdoors Inc.
b. “Product” means the T1 Handheld Leaf Blower and any included accessories.
c. “Pre order” means a reservation of the Product prior to production completion and general availability.
d. “Deposit” means the refundable amount you pay to hold your place in line.
e. “Final Payment” means the remaining balance due before shipment.

2. Pre Order Basics

a. Your pre order reserves a unit from our initial production run and helps us plan manufacturing and logistics. A pre order is not a purchase until Final Payment is processed.
b. Deposits are queued in the order received. Your estimated delivery window is shown at final checkout and may change as production timing evolves.
c. Your pre order and any associated benefits are personal to you and cannot be sold, assigned, or transferred without our written consent.

3. Price, Taxes, and Fees

a. Product pricing varies by model and finish, as displayed at the time of checkout.
b. Applicable taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout and again at Final Payment based on your delivery address and selected options.
c. We do not expect to change the price for your pre order. If we ever need to adjust pricing before Final Payment, we will notify you. If you do not accept an updated price, you may cancel for a full refund of all amounts paid.

4. Payments

a. By placing a pre order, you authorize us and our payment processor to store your payment method and to charge the Deposit immediately and the Final Payment as set out here.
b. Timing. We charge the remaining balance thirty days before your estimated ship date.
c. Content of Final Payment. Final Payment includes the Product price, taxes, and shipping.
d. Reminder. We will email you seven days before the Final Payment date so you can confirm, update details, or cancel for a full Deposit refund.

5. Deposits, Cancellations, and Refunds

a. Your Deposit is fully refundable any time up to your Final Payment date. No fees.
b. To cancel, email support@toneoutdoors.com with your order number or contact us through our website.
c. Approved refunds are processed within ten business days to your original payment method. Processing times by your bank or card provider may vary.
d. If we are unable to collect the Final Payment after reasonable attempts and notice, we may cancel your pre order and refund your Deposit.

6. Shipping and Delivery

a. We are targeting Fall 2026 for initial shipments. This is an estimate and may change.
b. If your delivery window changes by more than thirty days, you may keep your place with the new window or receive a full refund of all amounts paid.
c. You can update your shipping address and payment method any time before Final Payment. We will also send a reminder seven days before charging the balance.
d. First release ships to addresses in the United States only. If you are outside the United States, you may join our International Waitlist to be notified of future availability.
e. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. Inspect packages on arrival and report any damage as set out in Section 10.

7. Communications and Updates

a. You will receive order confirmation, timeline updates, Final Payment reminders, and tracking information.
b. If you opt in to SMS, we will send only key updates. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP.

8. Returns

a. You may return an unused Product in original packaging within thirty days of delivery for a refund of the Product price. You are responsible for return shipping unless the Product arrived damaged or defective.
b. Contact support@toneoutdoors.com to obtain return instructions and a return authorization.

9. Warranty

a. Every T1 includes a three year warranty for residential use and a one year warranty for commercial use. The warranty covers manufacturing defects and issues arising from normal operation.
b. The warranty does not cover normal wear, misuse, improper maintenance, accidents, or modifications.
c. To start a claim, contact support@toneoutdoors.com. Additional terms apply as set out in the Warranty Policy.

10. Damaged or Defective on Arrival

a. If your Product arrives damaged or appears defective, notify support@toneoutdoors.com within seven days of delivery.
b. We will provide a prepaid return label and will either replace the item or issue a refund after we receive the return and confirm the condition.

11. Battery and Safety

a. Safety is a core requirement. The battery pack includes multiple protection features and undergoes testing to applicable industry standards.
b. Use only the included charger. Do not use or charge a damaged battery. Do not disassemble. Follow the user manual and safety labels.
c. Certification is in progress. We will publish specific standards and final details on our website before your balance is charged.

12. Compliance and Restrictions

a. You agree to use the Product in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations, including local noise and usage rules.
b. You represent that you are not located in a restricted jurisdiction and are not a prohibited party under applicable export or sanctions laws.

13. Privacy

a. We use trusted commerce platforms and follow industry standards for storing payment details.
b. Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By placing a pre order, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described there.

14. Availability and Changes

a. During development we may make design, specification, or feature adjustments that improve safety, reliability, or performance. Any material changes will be communicated to you before Final Payment.
b. If we discontinue the Product prior to shipment of your order, you will receive a full refund of all amounts paid and your pre order will be cancelled.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tone is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from or related to your pre order or the Product. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms will not exceed the total amount you have paid to Tone under your pre order.

16. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state of the company principal place of business in the United States, without regard to conflict of law rules. The exclusive venue for any dispute shall be the state or federal courts located in that jurisdiction unless otherwise required by law.

c. You agree to receive communications electronically for order updates and customer support.

18. Entire Agreement and Updates

These terms, together with the Return Policy, the Warranty Policy, and the Privacy Policy, form the entire agreement regarding your pre order. We may update these terms to reflect legal, safety, or operational requirements. If an update materially affects your rights, we will notify you and provide an opportunity to cancel for a full refund before Final Payment.

19. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
